Our menu is crafted by Chef Pii Nong - a Bangkok street stall lifer who came to Canada in 2010 where she was able to share her love for the foods she grew up on. With recipes passed from from her mother, she has now refined them into timeless favorites.

Executive Chef
Chef Pii Nong is the heart and soul of Pii Nong Thai Eatery. Born and raised in Lop Buri, Thailand, she began cooking alongside her mother at a young age, selling street food in Bangkok to support their family. Her recipes are deeply rooted in tradition, passed down through generations, and reflect the vibrant flavours of her upbringing. With every dish she creates, Chef Pii Nong brings a piece of home to the table - authentic, soulful, and made with love.
