Chef Pii Nong is the heart and soul behind Pii Nong Thai, bringing generations of Thai culinary tradition to life in every dish. Born in Lop Buri and raised in the bustling streets of Bangkok, she began her culinary journey at a young age, helping her mother sell street food to support their family. Those early experiences taught her the importance of flavour, balance, and heart—values that are now the foundation of her cooking.

Her recipes are deeply rooted in homegrown traditions, passed down through generations, and elevated with skill and care. Whether it’s her signature papaya salad pounded by hand, or a rich curry simmered to perfection, every dish tells a story of her heritage. Now leading a full kitchen team in Canada’s first Complete Thai Experience, Chef Pii Nong oversees all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every guest is served not just a meal, but a taste of Thailand made with soul, precision, and love.
